Joe Parry has been with the University of San Diego since July of 2005. He was a graduate assistant athletic trainer until June 2007. In 2007 he was hired as an assistant athletic trainer. His primary job responsibilities include prevention, evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation of athletic injuries, administrative duties as well as coordination of medical care for the student athletes.
He is an approved clinical instructor and an adjunct faculty for the San Diego State University Athletic Training Professional Program and supervises students assigned to USD. In addition, Joe coordinates athletic training coverage for the summer sports camps held on campus. His current travel responsibilities are with the football and baseball teams, he also provides coverage for women's crew.
He is a Las Vegas native who has resided in the San Diego area since 2002. He lives with his wife Mandy and daughters Ryan and Taylor. Mandy is a probation officer for the county of San Diego.
