• Baseball Preps for WCC Tourney

    The University of San Diego baseball team (32-22) will hit the road this week as they head to Stockton, Calif. to participate in the first-ever West Coast Conference Baseball tournament at Banner Island Ballpark. On Thursday, the No. 2 seeded Toreros will square off against the No. 3 seeded Brigham Young University Cougars at 7 p.m.

    CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- College Football Performance Awards, the largest awards organization in D-I college football, recently announced its watch list for the 2013 CFPA FCS Wide Receiver Award, and San Diego receiver Reggie Bell earned a spot on the list. The preliminary watch list highlights thirty-four returning performers, vying for the top wide receiver award in the Football Championship Subdivision.

  • Toreros place second at WCC Championships

    GOLD RIVER, Calif. - The USD women's rowing team took second place in the 2013 West Coast Conference Championships on Saturday morning on Lake Natoma. The Toreros started off the day with a victory in the Varsity 4 but ended up coming in second behind WCC champion Gonzaga in the Second Varsity 8 and Varsity 8.
