Paloma has been dancing for over 15 years, beginning her dance training at the age of 3 at a local pre-school in her hometown of Phoenix, AZ. Paloma went on to attend a performing arts middle school and continued her dance training at Ballet Arizona. Before entering high school Paloma participated in the Boston Ballet summer program, a five week summer intensive.
In high school, Paloma participated in dance and cheer for 3 years, and was a member of the performance dance team at her high school during her junior and senior year. She was also a member of the Spiritline State Champion team during her senior year. Her team went on to win 1st place and the National Title in the Dance Drill division and 3rd place in the Pom division. Additionally, Paloma had the honor of performing as the lead role in her school's Christmas Pageant her senior year.
Paloma hopes to continue dancing throughout college and to continue to grow as a dancer. She could not be more excited to be apart of the Torero Spirit Team and cannot wait to see what lies ahead.
