AJ Robinson recorded a career-high five hits in the 12-6 win.

College: Played baseball at San Diego Mesa College...his freshman year he was named first-team All-Conference...his sophomore year he was named first-team All-Pacific Coast Athletic Conference, named the PCAC Player of the Year, CCCBCA All-American, and West Coast All-American.

Played baseball at Mira Mesa High School for coach Gene Watkins...his junior year he hit four homeruns, had 11 RBI, and had a batting average of .288...his senior year he hit nine homeruns, had 48 RBI and had a batting average of .456...he was named first-team All-Eastern League, first-team All-San Diego, second-team All-CIF, All-Academic team, and Cali-Hi All-State...he was also the Eastern League Player of the Year, the Breitbard Star of the Month and the Union Tribune Star of the Month.

Personal: Dillon Jared Haupt was born on October 8, 1991 in San Diego, CA...he is the son of Steve and Saundra Haupt...he was also recruited by Oregon State, UC Davis, Eastern Carolina, and CSU San Marcos...he chose to attend USD because he loves San Diego... his club team, San Deigo Show, won the Junior Olympics in Peoria...He has won two national championships, once when he was eight and another when he was 15.
