Baseball Game Halted on Darkness, Will Resume on Friday at 1 p.m.

SAN DIEGO, Calif. - The baseball game between the 18th-ranked University of San Diego baseball team and Virginia Commonwealth University was halted due to darkness after 10 complete innings with the score knotted at 4-4. The game will resume on Friday at 1 p.m. inside the friendly confines of Cunningham Stadium.

USD's starting pitcher Brian Matusz, had another solid outing for the Toreros in a no decision, as he allowed four runs, three earned, on seven hits, while striking out 10. James Meador and Daniel Magness were both leading the USD offense as each went 2-for-4 with one RBI apiece.
