High School: Attended Lynnwood High School where he played for Coach Darryl McNeal... During his senior season he averaged 16 points and 11 rebounds while being named First Team All-Wesco... His junior year he averaged 15 points and 12 rebounds while leading Lynnwood to the 3A State Tournament ... Was tabbed Honorable Mention "Best in the West" by the Long Beach Press Telegram, and is the #39 ranked center in the country (ESPN.com)... Named a 2010 McDonald's All America nominee.
