2011-12 at USD: First year player will compete for playing time at the guard position.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Squalicum High School in Bellingham, WA... Missed most of senior year due to shoulder injury... Did return to compete in 7 games, including state tournament... Participated on team that was a 2-time state champion ('09 and '10)... Junior year was named the 2A Bellingham Herald County player of the year after averaging 16.7 points per game and converting 56% from the field (128x230)... 2009 2A state tournament Most Valuable Player... First Team All-League both junior and sophomore campaigns... Team captain junior year and co-captain sophomore year... Averaged 14.9 points per game during his sophomore season.

PERSONAL: Born on September 6, 1991 in Indianapolis, IN... Parents are Thomas and Barbara Stackhouse of Bellingham, WA... Chose USD for school's academic excellence... His grandfather, Keith Stackhouse, played college basketball at Michigan State (1950-54) under legendary coach Pete Newell.
