In 2006 he appeared in a handful of games in a back-up role... Totaled 2 tackles in road win over Menlo College... He was a redshirt for the 2004 campaign. High School: Earned All-Academic honors both his junior and senior years while playing for La Costa Canyon... Also named team captain his senior season... In addition to football, he lettered in track. Personal: Born on March 17, 1986... Parents are Debbie and David Cornsweet of Encinitas, CA... Recruited out of high school by Georgetown, Boise State, Columbia and UC Davis... Chose USD because of the athletic program and to get a great education... Enjoys the beach and campfest.
