USD: Fourth-year player is projected to start for defensive unit at safety... This past year appeared in 8 games for the Toreros while earning All-PFL Second Team honors... Despite missing three games, ranked third on the team in tackles with 48 (26 solo)... Chipped in with 7 1/2 tackles for loss (-14 yards), 2 quarterback hurries, 1 forced fumble and 1 fumble recovery... Notched season-best 10 tackles against Butler... Tallied 9 stops against Dayton and 8 versus Jacksonville... In 2009, played in 10 games, making 9 starts... Registered 64 tackles, which was second-best on the team...Of the 64 tackles, 12 were tackles for a loss...Had 3.0 sacks and two fumble recoveries... Made a season-high 12 tackles, including seven solo and 1.5 for a loss, against Southern Utah (Nov. 21)...
