Completed 184-of-298 passes (61.7%) for 2,370 yards and 22 TDs... Twice tabbed PFL Offensive Player of the Week... Helped orchestrate the team's come-from-behind 48-44 victory at Morehead State... Finished the game 19-of-31 passing for 312 yards and five touchdowns... Led the Toreros in a 42-40 victory over Azusa Pacific behind a 402-yard, four touchdown performance... Selected to PFL Second Team... Named to PFL All-Academic Second Team... Named Offensive Team MVP... Led the Toreros in total offense (225.3 yards per game)... Named team's Outstanding First Year Player in 2010 as well as All-PFL Honorable Mention... Earned starting nod and went on to complete 195-of-290 passes (67.2%) for 2,160 yards and 18 TDs... Led team in total offense (200.5 yards per game)... Personal-best 28-of-37 for 339 yards and three TDs in win over Valpo... Tallied six other games where he threw for 200+ yards... Also tossed three TDs in games against Morehead State and Davidson... Rushed for 50 yards on 10 carries in road win at Davidson. COLLEGE: Played baseball at New Mexico State in 2009. HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Coronado High School where he was coached by Bud Mayfield... Garnered a slew of honors as a senior, including All-State, All-CIF, All-City, and all-league recognition... Set a new San Diego CIF single-season completion record by completing 72% of his passes... During his senior year he threw for 2,960 yards and 37 TDs while adding 450 yards rushing... Was named the 2009-09 San Diego Union Tribune male student-athlete of the year... As a junior earned all-league honors after passing for 1,350 yards with 15 TDs... Helped his team win a Central League championship as a sophomore... Tallied 600 yards passing and 9 TDs that season... Earned four varsity letters in baseball... Named All-Western League twice and All-Division IV in baseball... His team won a CIF championship in 2008. PERSONAL: Born Nov. 15, 1990 in Chula Vista, Calif... Parents are Chuck and Tori Mills... Was also recruited by UCLA, Western Michigan, Princeton, Brown, Cornell, Dayton, and Stanford... Wanted to play at USD because of the excellent location and strong football program...
