Assistant Coach, RB's (3rd Year)

Andrew returns for his second season as an assistant coach for Ron Caragher's staff where he will again coach running backs. He completed his first year on the Torero football staff as an Undergraduate Assistant in 2009.

No stranger to Torero football, Rolin was a member of the football team for three seasons (2005-2007), and competed at the quarterback position in 2006-2007. He missed the 2008 campaign following a lower back injury.

In 2007 he appeared in 7 games and completed 20-of-28 passes for 249 yards and 5 touchdowns. He started the road opener at Azusa Pacific and completed 12-of-16 passes for 177 yards and 4 touchdowns in team's 42-32 victory. In 2006 he appeared in 6 games, and sat out the 2005 season as a redshirt. Prior to USD he attended Cordova High School where in his senior year he passed for 1,500 yards. He was named team captain, offensive MVP and All-Sierra Valley Conference. Rolin also earned All-League honors in basketball.

He earned his Business Administration degree from USD in 2009. Andrew and his wife Jessica (Nyrop) reside is San Diego. Jessica is a former USD volleyball standout.
