RANCHO SANTE FE, Calif. - The University of San Diego golf team will head into Tuesday's final round in seventh place out of twelve teams with a two round team score of 607 (312-295). Saint Mary's currently sits in the lead (578) with a three stroke advantage over Pacific.
Fresno State's Jack Mulroy is the clubhouse leader with a 3-under par total of 141 (68-73). He was followed by Pacific's Alex Edfort (69-74) and Saint Mary's Jonathan De Los Reyes, who both shot a 143 (71-72).
The Toreros were paced by Grant Forrest, who currently sits in 17th place with a 150 (76-74). He is followed by Joe Carlson (t-22 at 152; 79-73), Alex Chiarella (t-22 at 152, 81-71), Mathias Dahl (t-39 at 157; 76-81), and Alexis Piacente (t-51 at 161, 84-77).
Additionally there were four Toreros playing as individuals. Skyler Finnell shot a 151 (t-18; 76-75) and was followed by Linus Vaisanen (t-39 at 157; 76-81), Leon Knoll (t-49 at 160; 80-80), Taylor Schmidt (56 at 162; 81-81), and Mike Bosco (t-61 at 166; 82-84).
