SAN DIEGO, Calif. - Behind a dominating balanced offensive attack, the University of San Diego women's basketball team rolled past San Diego Christian, 79-38, in an exhibition game Monday evening at the Jenny Craig Pavilion.

After the Hawks called a 30-second timeout, a Ederaine lay-up then ignited a 10-4 Torero run, which gave the home team all the momentum and a comfortable 21-7 lead with 11:10 to go. USD would not ease up, as they would eventually built up a 25-point lead heading into the break, up 44-19.
In the second half, it was more of the same, as USD continued to pull further, and further away from the Hawks, and with 9:08 to go, a Maya Hood jumper gave the Toreros their biggest lead of the game at 71-28, and USD never looked back. The Toreros then cruised their away to a 79-38 win.
