What is your most memorable swimming/diving moment? Why?
The 200yd free finals at MPSF Championships this past year. It was one of those races when you feel all of your hard work and dedication coming together perfectly and you have the race of your life. I got 2nd, broke the team record, it was my first time breaking the 1:50 barrier, and I got the NCAA B cut!
What do you see yourself doing in 10 years?
Hopefully I'll be settled down as a photographer, with an Olympic medal under my belt, and a wonderful man I can raise fast little swimmers with.
What are you looking forward to in the upcoming season?
I'm really excited to see what our team as a whole can accomplish. We have to many talented young women on this team and I believe that we are going to break records and place higher than we ever have before at conference.
Quick Hits Favorite TV show: How I Met Your Mother, The IT Crowd, Game of Thrones Favorite movie: The Princess Bride is always a winner but I don't know if I can only pick one movie. Favorite food: A good steak, mashed potatos, a nice salad and a HUGE glass of milk to wash it down. Favorite place to spend time: Anywhere I can be with people I love. Most listened to song on your iPod: Uh...this is such a hard decision...I always mix up what I listen to so I have so many favorites, but I love Jon Foreman, Coldplay, Mumford and Sons, Death Cab for Cutie.
Major: Visual Arts with a photography emphasis.
