    SAN DIEGO, Calif. - The 2012-13 USD women's swim and dive virtual guide is now available online. Fans can access the virtual guide by clicking on the "Virtual Guide" link under the "2012-13 Season" on the women's swim and dive main page or on the rotating link within the "Virtual Guide" box on the women's swim and dive main page as well. The complete virtual guide can also be downloaded in PDF format once you have opened it up; just click in the lower right corner on the button that says "Download publication as PDF file".

  • Eight Toreros named MPSF All-Academic

    SAN DIEGO, Calif. - The USD women's swim and dive team had eight members named Mountain Pacific Sports Federation All-Academic for the 2012-13 season. To be eligible for MPSF all-academic honors, student-athletes must carry at least a 3.0 GPA, be at least a sophomore academically, have completed one full year at the institution where they are nominated and have competed in at least 50 percent of the team's competitions for the year.

  • Keenan Lineback named Star of the Month

    SAN DIEGO, Calif. - USD sophomore swimmer Keenan Lineback was honored as one of the San Diego Hall of Champions Amateur Stars of the Month for the month of February. Lineback (Conway, S.C.; Conway Christian School) became USD's first conference champion since the 2008-09 season when she won both the 1650-yard freestyle and 400 individual medley at the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Championships Feb. 20-23.

  • USD earns nine All-MPSF selections

    SAN DIEGO, Calif. - The USD women's swim and dive team had nine All-MPSF selections from the 2012-13 season, announced by the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation on Tuesday. Leading the way was sophomore Keenan Lineback, who was a 1st-team selection in both the 1650 freestyle and 400 IM. Lineback was the conference champion in both of those events at last week's MPSF Championship meet.
