JUNIOR ('10-'11): Tallied a singles record of 15-7 overall and 13-4 in dual play, competing primarily at No. 6... Was an All-WCC honorable mention selection in singles and doubles with partner Anna Depenau... Put together a career-long singles winning streak of nine-consecutive matches... Teamed with Depenau to lead the team with a 16-4 dual doubles record and a 21-8 overall doubles mark playing primarily with Depenau... Won nine-straight doubles contests with Depenau from March 19th to April 21st... Named WCC Player of the Month in doubles with Depenau for the month of March... Named to the WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll in the spring with a 3.07 GPA.
SOPHOMORE ('09-'10): Posted a dual singles record of 13-9 (12-8 at No. 3 spot)... Went 14-11 overall in dual doubles, posting her best mark of 11-7 with fellow sophomore Juliette Coupez at No. 1... Named to the All-WCC Second Team for doubles with Coupez... Helped the Toreros to a third place finish at the WCC Championships with a singles win over Kacie Wagner (6-4, 6-1) of Santa Clara and two doubles victories with Coupez over the pairings of Rika Mehndiratta and Danielle Farmer (8-3) from Gonzaga and Alexandra Zaniewski and Jessica Agra (8-4) from Santa Clara... Did not compete in the fall campaign for the Toreros.
FRESHMAN ('08-'09): Had a solid freshman season, posting a 10-9 record while playing primarily at the No. 3 spot... Also competed at No. 2, earning two wins... Paired up with senior Tammy Kevey at No. 2 doubles for an impressive dual record of 16-5... Named to the All-WCC First Team for doubles with Kevey... During the fall season, competed in the SDSU Fall Classic I and II, the Wilson/ITA Southern California Regional Championships, and the Riviera/ITA Women's All-American Championships (Prequalifying)... Advanced to Round of 32 at the Wilson/ITA West Regional Championships by winning consecutive matches against Anja-Vanessa Peter of Hawaii (2-6, 6-1, 6-4) and Adrienn Hidvegi of UNLV (6-3, 6-1).
HIGH SCHOOL/JUNIOR: Attended Sports Gymnasium in Zagreb, Croatia... Was a member of the under-14 and under-16 Croatian National Team... Won the Croatian 14 and under national championship, 18 and under national championship, and senior championship in singles and mixed doubles... Was ranked No. 180 in the Junior ITF rankings.
PERSONAL: Born August 7, 1989 to parents Mane and Ankica Sujica... Has a brother who is a senior in high school... Enjoys going to the beach, shopping, and spending time with her teammates... Is interested in Political Science but wanted to major in International Business because it opens up more job opportunities... Started playing tennis at age seven, while also participating in dance, volleyball, and handball... Was also recruited by Texas...Chose to attend USD after receiving many positive recommendations from other college coaches.
