Spring 2005 Results: Defeated LMU's Kimi Kaloi (6-4, 3-6, 11-9) to help USD secure their first win of the season... Teamed up with former Torero Tara Livesay to defeat University of Hawaii's Kana Aikawa and Samantha Capella (8-0) in a March 1st competition... That same duo went on to defeat USF in March's WCC Challenge.
Fall 2004 Results: Posted a 5-3 singles record... qualified for the ITA Southern California Regional Championships... sported a 3-1 record at the San Diego State Fall classic.
Prior to USD: Competed at Purdue University during the 2002-2003 and 2003-2004 seasons... compiled a 5-4 singles record during her sophomore campaign and a 9-6 singles record her freshman year before injuries sidelined her... qualified for the ITA Midwest Regionals in 2002... High school All-American... achieved a Top-40 national ranking in singles as a senior... CIF singles champion as a junior, becoming the first tennis player from Orange County in 10 years to win the CIF Southern Section ... led Corona del Mar to CIF championships as a junior and senior ... named Orange County's female athlete of the year as a junior ... went undefeated as a junior and senior ... did not play high school tennis as a freshman or sophomore.
Personal: Recruited by Northwestern and the University of Michigan... chose to attend USD because of the tennis team's unity and coaching staff, academic reputation, and location... has her SCUBA diving license... majoring in Accounting with a minor in Finance.
